Abstract

Wireless communication technologies are revolutionizing healthcare by enabling remote patient monitoring, telemedicine and real time data exchange. This paper explores the potentials of wireless networks in enhancing patient health and security outcomes. We address the critical importance of robust security measures to safeguard sensitive patient data and protect against cyber threats. This study investigates a wide range of issues such as patient-centric communication technology, 6G based applications using smart technologies, real-time communication protocols, implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology in healthcare. This paper concludes by highlighting the promising future of wireless communication in healthcare, emphasizing the need for continued research and development to further optimize its impact on patient care and wellbeing.
